More than one service
Design your extension, photograph it when it is finished, and paint it as a gift: one proposal, one invoice, and 10% off every service after the first on the same project.
Deposits, payment and changes
Deposits
30% to 50% fixes your dates. The exact split is listed in your proposal.
Payment
Invoices are due within 14 days, by bank transfer or card.
Changes
Two rounds of changes are included. Further changes at £50 per hour, agreed before I start.
Cancelling
You can cancel within 14 days of booking. If work has started at your request, you pay for the work done.
